* Participants who are not registered will be unable to make a presentation in principle.
* Accompanying persons cannot attend any sessions.

Refund Policies

A full refund of the registration fee will be made if cancellation is received in writing before July 10, 2008. No refund will be made for cancellation after July 10, 2008.

Confirmation

Confirmation letter and receipt will be sent by post mail before the conference. Please bring the confirmation letter to the on-site registration desk in order to obtain your name card and other materials.
