Instructions for Presentation

1. Instructions for Oral Presentations:

The official language of the symposium is English. All presenting authors are requested to come to the session room 20 minutes before the session begins and to notify the chairpersons of their presence. An LCD projector will be available in each session room. You can use your own computer with mini Dsub-15 I/O pins, or the computer prepared by the secretariat. Please note that overhead projectors are not prepared at all. The requirement of presenting author's own computer and the installed softwares for the computer prepared by the secretariat are as follows.

You would be strongly recommended to install the LCD projector or install your data in the secretariat computer within the free time of the session room, before the session or during the coffee break time. Please ask the staffs casually in each session room.

2. Instructions for Poster Presentations:

All presenting authors in poster sessions are required to present in front of the panel of their paper for 60 minutes between 11:00-12:00, 15:00-16:00. All materials on the panel should be described in English. Please mount your materials on the panel posting your program number using thumbtacks. The thumbtacks will be available from the symposium secretariat. The panel is 180 cm wide and 200 cm high.

Title, Authors and Affiliations Approximately 25 - 30 mm
Headings Approximately 15 - 20 mm
Text and Captions* Approximately 10 - 13 mm

* Captions are required for all figures, photographs and tables.
